 1. Order Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified by email/SMS.

 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer reliable, nationwide shipping across India through trusted courier partners.

 Standard Shipping

- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on pin code)

- Shipping Fee: Displayed at checkout

 Free Shipping

- Free shipping may be offered on orders above ₹499, at the sole discretion of Biotane Naturals.

- The eligibility criteria or threshold for free shipping may be revised or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

 Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or regulatory delays.

 3. Order Tracking

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

- You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or via the link shared with you.

 4. Shipping Locations

- We currently ship across India.

- International shipping will be available soon (if applicable).

- Deliveries to remote or restricted areas may take longer than usual.

 5. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept the package, reshipping charges may apply.

 6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:

1. Take photos/videos of the package and product, and

2. Contact us within 48 hours at customercare@biotanenaturals.com.

Our team will assist with replacement or resolution based on verification.

7. Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
